You go to those schools for the excellent, consistent teaching. In the PS "slums" of MCPS, we deal with a lot less consistency in teaching as well as challenging classes. Also, lack of counseling and still are faced w/ tons of well connected and hyper competitive parents/students. I'm struggling feeling sorry for your privilege and annoyed that you think somehow my kids have it easier in public.[/quote]
