Well, a couple weeks later, my neighbor decided to practice his peeping tom skills through my window at night. He scurried into his apartment, giggling a chemically induced high-pitched giggle, when I caught him. I've reinforced my window coverings, but am bracing myself for more retaliation coming my way.

And the tirades against his wife haven't stopped, of course. They're recently married, but the tirades are bad enough that if they haven't already turned physical, they will.[/quote]
