Yup. It’s pretty clear in my UNW neighborhood that once neighbors know what I do and then guess how much I make and how much power I don’t have they have pretty immediately relegated me to being just the neighbor they say “hi” to when our paths cross. They suck. I’m smarter than most of them. [/quote]

Because presumably those who shun lower-paid people are looking for people "on their level" intellectually. They are snubbing people because they don't appear to be smart enough to be a BL partner or start-up CEO. [/quote]
