Over the years, I've been slowly typing them up, printing out on 8.5" x 11", and throwing them in sheet protectors (sometimes with a .jpg of/or the original recipe card/magazine clipping). DC have asked for their "own" 3-ring binder when they head off to college sooner rather than later. I'd have thought they wanted the electronic copies (and they'll get those too!) but they insist the paper version is better to have when actually making it since, when they were younger, the kitchen was a bit of a mess and they didn't want to risk getting splatter on their tablets/phones. :P [/quote]
