For hidden veggies, you can put steamed puréed cauliflower and puréed spinach in nearly anything - marinara, Mac and cheese, burgers, omelets, chili, curries, lasagne, ground meat for tacos, etc. Sometimes kids eat more veggies w charcuterie.
