2024-25 is harder since there is only 1 religious holiday on a weekend to reclaim and 1 election day to make virtual and even then summer 2025 falls short of the 70 day threshold as it would be 68 days (up from 64) with a Friday, June 12 ending which is still a little late given the August 22 start.
