I'm inspired by fit people at the gym, I watch what fit people do and try to follow some of their routines. I've lost 40lbs and have gone from a 12/14 down to a 4/6. I actually had a personal trainer approach me at the gym and tell me that he noticed that I'm looking great and said that I'm an inspiration. [b]I'm more embarrassed to be fat and sitting on the sofa[/b].[/quote] That is the part that always bugged me. Once you actually start working out, you feel awful when you are just lazy.
