The most restrictive residential zoning in MoCo, minimizing McMansions. Wonderful tree canopy; the Town is itself an arboretum. The temperature drops a few degrees as you enter on a hot summer afternoon.

Black Market restaurant. Weekly farmers' market. Twice weekly trash pickup. Well maintained roads and landscaping. Fabulous snow removal. (Wait, what's snow?)
