I think there is an okay zoned elementary near there, plus it's walking distance to Fed Hill/the harbor without being in them (I wouldn't want to live right in Fed Hill). And super close to Locust Point which is a nice neighborhood with some good restaurants and bars and a nice vibe. Canton is all 20-somethings plus it floods really easily. I'd live there right out of college but no 30+.[/quote]
