[/quote] I mean, I think the furniture and accessories likely are from a stager, so yes, kind of Home Goods level. It's a 480k house, so they aren't going to stage it with super high end stuff. But I'd include the the trim, floors, wallpaper, brick, cabinetry, lighting etc. in "decor" and none of that looks "Home Goods" to me. One thing I like about it is that isn't that "modern farmhouse" style that is so common on HGTV and in a lot of staged homes and new builds. The woodwork and the chandeliers, the coffered ceilings, and the paint, flooring, and finish choices all reflect a more unique, maximalist, European-influenced style. It feels so refreshing after seeing so many farmhouse sinks, exposed wooden beams, and neutral gray walls over the last 10 years or so.[/quote]
