At 46 you might also want to check estrogen, etc.
Interesting - can you tell me more?
Just wondering if you are perimenopausal. I am using Noom, but don’t have hashimotos. For me it has been helpful to do the food journal and see how much I was eating at each meal. But there are other programs that are designed for women in this age range specifically that I think could be better. I’m just doing Noom bc it was free thru my insurance.
I will get this checked. Thank you. It’s definitely possible. I did sign up for the Noom trial - it’s not anything earth shattering but in two days has helped me stay on track with not overeating. I don’t love that it doesn’t give you protein/fat/sugar like my fitness pal, but it’s “fine”. I felt like I needed a little more motivation this time so we’ll see how it goes for these two weeks and if I want to continue.
