There are groups you can join for support/morale, too. [/quote] NP. Not to totally hijack the thread, but… I couldn’t find a description on Caliber of how to do the workout. Some exercises list a warmup, and some don’t. And when you log, it lists both sets of the same exercise together. So are you supposed to repeat the same one twice before moving on to the next one, or do you do each exercise once and then go back and do them all again? I tried my first workout this morning, and the 30 minute workout took me about 10 minutes. I didn’t do the 2-minute rests between because it was too easy, so I’ll try bumping up the weights next time.[/quote]
