It can make you really tired when you begin taking it and when you increase your dosage. The typical increase is 4 weeks at 0.25, then 2 weeks at 0.5 and then you can begin at 1.0. I was on 1.0 for months and finally moved up to 2.0. Constipation is another side effect. Make sure you drink a lot of water. I’ve never thrown up or had any other significant GI issues. [/quote]
