Are you willing to bake yourself? One great, clean protein is peanut flour.
I'm very willing to bake. Can't do peanuts in the house. Any good alternatives? And recipes? Whenever I've looked up bar recipes I find they have tons of sugar. I'm not anti all sugar, but when there's more sugar than protein, there's no point.
I can also do almond flour - I have some now and did start experimenting it with it with mixed results.
The advantage of peanut flour is that it’s de-farted and thus more concentratedly protein. Almond flour is just ground almonds. Not nearly as much protein.
