Your advice and opinion might have some validity if OP’s parents did not expect OP to care about them and uproot OPs life to move and take care of the parents. Otherwise yes she could be nonchalantly indifferent as you advise. That’s not what OP and apparently what OP’s parents desire. [/quote]
