Twice this year I’ve email CM Frumin and my very progressive ANC rep about the increase in property and violent crime in our once sleepy  neighborhood.  Total crickets in response.  These are not serious people. [/quote]

His first proposed legislation was the Old People Are Cool Act. I thought it was a joke when a friend told me.
