This is exactly the problem (OP here) I tried to talk sense with my kid: how would you feel if you were poor and your best option for a better life was to go to another country and take the underpaid shit jobs that the overweight lazy native born people just don't want to do anymore? And you're going to mock those people who do your dirty work? This is the by-product of all that political correctness: it is no longer acceptable to mock people for their skin color, religion, or sexual lifestyle but raw class prejudice is somehow still fine. Re: "illegals" so the middle schoolers are studying ancient history this year and what does my kid come home with: "Rome fell because they could not control their borders and there was too much immigration" -  apparently, a little education is a bad thing. They don't get it: WE are lazy Romans at an orgy laughing at the slaves and we deserve to fall....[/quote]
