We are committed to providing the best possible instruction/experience to everyone, in all phases of the game.  The camp is intended for individuals with prior experience playing girls lacrosse.

The camp will be led by Sidwell Friends Varsity Assistant Lacrosse Coach Stephanie Heffron, who will be assisted by current and former Sidwell Friends high school players.  Player to coach ratios will be low, so come ready for lots of repetitions and good instruction!

Girls Equipment Needed: Each player is required to bring the following lacrosse equipment - a mouthguard, goggles, girls lacrosse stick, sneakers, and cleats.  Sticks and goalie gear will be available if needed, however players are expected to bring their own, along with any other equipment they feel necessary. Please make sure campers’ names are on all of their belongings.
