[/quote] You are arguing in bad faith. Or misunderstanding that post. Or both. They didn’t start it to be racist (I hope). The OP was basically encapsulating how, progressives, in their attempts to lower disparate impact rates of arrest, incarceration etc, (which are clearly lopsided) are doing so by creating a more permissive environment for crime. And anyone who complains about the statistics or why crime is rising etc is shut down with a label of “racist”. This is a tough conversation to have. You can’t just allow crime to happen. Or give restorative Justice hugs instead of jail because it’s “fair”.[/quote]
