Write the highlights describing Kentlands like 
Few minutes walk to the supermarket and a lot of restaurants, family friendly.
I always allow dogs that helps a lot for finding quality tenants but some landlords don’t agree.
Don't over price it.

I actually went to chatgpt and asked it to write up a real estate listing using specific words, like:
- breathtaking sunsets
- panoramic views
- Sugarloaf Mountain
- beautifully updated brick front end unit townhome
- desirable Kentlands Hill District. T
- fenced in front outdoor patio
- natural light
- porcelain tile
- and a bunch of other descriptions that I copy & pasted from some random listing.
