I wear a size 2, sometimes a 4... and I still wear a bathing suit with a skirt :) I wasn't always a size 2. About 3 years ago, I decided I was sick of being a size 18, and lost the weight. I had been fat for many years---i was petite as a teen/young adult but gained a lot of weight with my first pregnancy, never lost the weight....gained a lot weight with my second pregnancy...never lost THAT weight...repeat two more times... Three most important things I did to lose weight 1. Measured/weighed my food. I needed accurate portion sizes...and just guessing at what was " a cup of rice" or 4 ounces of chicken wasn't going to cut it. EVERYTHING got measured or weighed. 2. Recorded what I ate. I went to spark people.com , but there are other good sites out there too. Find the one that works best for you. 3. Excercize. It sucked, but the only time I had free to work out was early early in the morning. I woke up at 4:30 each day. That meant going to bed at 9 pm every night. It wasn't fun, but I wanted to lose weight. I'll tell you, the first time I put on size 2 jeans, it was all worth it!
