My half sister simply has to glance at weights and she immediately looks strong and cut. She has a athletic body. She intentionally does low weight high reps and long cardio runs as a slow pace to try to keep her muscles long. I work out and it’s so so hard for me to show muscle even if I’m strong as an ox. I do the opposite as her and lift heavy. If she lifted like ‘em she would look like a body builder. Genetics. [/quote]
