I would start using English more at home or find her an English tutor to work with over the summer and get her up to speed with her reading, writing, and spoken English. If you suspect ADHD, and her WiSC scores have some areas with clear gaps, I would be working on getting that diagnosed and start treating her ADHD.

Apply for AAP when she is in a place to grasp the material and have success. Right now you are setting her up to fail because she does not have the necessary skills to succeed. [/quote]
