I am TTC and doing lots of reading and research in preparation and there are just so many things everyone says to DEFINITELY DO or DEFINITELY NOT DO. It just struck me as strange that something with such seemingly great health benefits could be a potential risk with so little information out there and no real conclusions. I am terrified to do something that would result in harm, of course, but I am hoping this is one of those things where it is fine in moderation.[/quote]
