You don't relaunch an expensive program and pour times, energy, human and financial resources into something that saves only one child. You have to find the thing that helps the MOST children. You clearly are not and should not be in charge at a management level at work if this is how your mind works and how you make decisions. "Let's waste millions of dollars! It saved one child!
