I thought if you fully participated in formal recruitment/rush, did all the visits you were supposed to, ranked every house that you were still in for at every round, that you were guaranteed a bid somewhere? That’s how my college did it at any rate, granted Greek life was NOT as big of a thing there. And half the houses wouldn’t have a full pledge class anyway so you could get in by informal recruitment in the winter too. I guess my point is people make it a big dramatic thing but if your only goal is to get a bid SOMEWHERE and just be in Greek Life … you can follow the rules to the letter and get that bid. [/quote]
