Keep the good ideas coming![/quote] During our reno, I compensated for the lack of prep space (and difficulty of clean up) by purchasing the chopped veggies at the store. And when I did decide to chop an onion or a watermelon, for example, I would just do the entire thing and toss it into the fridge in a tupperware. I had two waterproof tablecloths that I kept on our dining room table. That was pretty much our prep space and eating space. Washed those tablecloths a lot and pitched them at the end of the reno because they were trashed![/quote]
