I always assumed ghost kitchens were basically made to order for online only brands or food trucks looking for extra capacity.[b] If I’m ordering from a relatively upmarket place like Maggiano[/b], and paying said prices, I would not want a Chilis prepping it. Wut? Maggiano is on par with Bucca di Beppo, Wild Wings, Olive Garden, and Chili's. Maybe not 25 year ago, but now? Definitely. It's all pre-made food reheated. [/quote]
