What can her or I do to get them to fix her car? “Could have,” and “should have” answers really aren’t that helpful to me. I cannot change the past. It has been a difficult time for everyone since he went into hospice care. I need some help on moving from where we are right now. [/quote]

If your daughter owns the car as per the title signed to her on the date of the accident and has her own insurance on that date, she should only deal w/ her insurance policy.[/quote]
