[/quote] You keep saying there are questions that aren't relevant, but you also aren't clear on why either company refuses to move forward with the claim. And event though Progressive said ownership isn't relevant you keep bringing it up. No one here is likely to be able to give you a magic bullet answer at all but definitely not if they don't understand the issue. If she has Progressive then she needs to get the information Progressive is requesting. If Progressive is playing the game of trying to push responsibility to GEICO because there are two insurance companies involved then she should lean on Progressive as her insurer to get the ball rolling.
