4. Belfast - taking the train from Dublin and will hit the Titanic Museum. Looking to possibly do a Black Cab your but don’t know how long it runs - anyone go this that can arrest? Are there varying timespan versions?

Just north of the River Liffey in Dublin, you'll find:

The EPIC  Irish Emigration Museum 
Jeanie Johnston Tall ship/famine boat 
GPO - General Post Office

These are all important in Irish history and within walking distance of each other.
