Cannot possibly exist.[/quote] Our old nanny (from a previous share) works a share currently for $27/hour. She is undocumented, but in the process of getting her papers (got married in last fall). Shares are a lot of coordination on the part of the parents but an experienced nanny has no problem with 1 vs 2. In fact, it seems like the jobs our nanny worked with one family were a lot more difficult in dealing with the parent’s demands. Changing hours constantly, etc. in a share all parties have to agree to terms upfront, better for all.[/quote]
