Can anybody recommend an honest company or contractor  that charges an evaluation fee (which I am more than happy to pay) to determine whether you really need to do anything or not?

We have had several contractors tell us nothing is wrong with our basement in follow up to a one time pipenleak. However, we can't seem to find a waterproofing company who doesn't want to sell us their expensive drain solution and suggest we have a drainage problem.

I would love a recommendation of a basement waterproofing company or contractor who charges an evaluation fee and is comfortable not selling anything if it's not needed.

We need them to look at an area that was damaged by the leaking pipe (not systemic)and tell me whether any repairs to the basement wall are required and to assure me there is no ongoing moisture in the basement.
