Of course an extra 50 calories of sautéed green beans is a factor, but so is everything else. It’s just incredibly stupid to think you’ve found some brilliant life hack in the form of “stop eating 2 snickers bars a day!” Anyone who has struggled with weight more than a few months already knows that. And they are most likely also fighting their body’s natural inclination toward calorie compensation. [/quote]
