I never considered dropping the cardio. Actually, now that I think of it, back when I got to 151, I was dropping the most weight when I was skipping in-gym cardio and just exercising organically on nice days, when I felt like I wanted fresh air and sunshine and movement. I’ll give it a try because I hate it anyway ;) Definitely more sleep, good idea![/quote]
