I lost 30 lbs and kept it off but I've been stalled with the next 20 I want to lose. I started a weight training program and I'm working with a nutritionist. I'm now using myfitnesspal and going for more precise calorie and protein goals. I am feeling stronger from the weights already after a month. Good luck.[/quote]
