The least bad options are things like compression leggings, running shorts with built-in underwear, and tops like UA Heatgear. Nothing dries quickly in hot, humid weather. The sweat is not going to evaporate in hot, humid weather. You need to find something that will minimize chafing and not be heavy material so as to hold the sweat (e.g., no cotton shirts).[/quote]
