You mean like the hundreds of existing laws routinely observed by the vast majority of people but blithely violated by hardened criminal psychopaths and florid nutters?

“What an AR15 does to a body.”  You’re a pathologist?  AR15’s are (1) uniform; and (2) unique among firearms for their wounding capacity?
