B6 is a natural way to boost your progesterone (it's thought) and can help your body develop a nice, thick, uterine lining during your luteal phase. It faciliates the preparation of your uterus for implantation. B6 also has other advantages such as reducing PMS symptoms, and when you're pregnant, it can help minimize morning sickness.
