It would be a good layout for you because the upstairs suite would be perfect and private for grandparents and the downstairs bedrooms would be great for you and the kids.  I like Quidnet because there is beautiful Sesechacha pond nearby with great views of the sankaty light house and you can bike to Sconcet for an activity.  It's a beautiful and quiet part of the island.  There are many other beautiful areas though.[/quote]
