Caroline Girvan. She has millions of followers. Start with bodyweight only or light weights to get the form right. She has some beginning classes that are bodyweight only. There is also a Facebook group where you can get recommendations for which programs to do as a beginner. Have fun!
I have seen several recommendations for Caroline Girvan so I looked her up this weekend. The results I got were for YouTube, and I didn't find an easy way to search/filter for the workout type. I scanned through a couple videos, and she used some equipment that I don't have (some kind of small block), and also the music was a bit annoying. I'm used to Fitness Blender, where there is no music and the trainer talks you through the workout as you go versus Caroline seemed to only talk at the beginning and gave an overview of the whole workout. Also, she's got that intimidating look: perfect tanned fitness body versus the Fitness Blender trainers who are fit but also look like normal people. I'm not being critical of Caroline's looks -- she looks amazing! It's just intimidating to me.
