Much better at m&m. [/quote] pp here. yeah, it varies a lot at abw. i've had one good experience, a couple meh, but they were the default vendor used by my builder. In the end I got my range and laundry machines from m&m, my fridge and and floor model sale wine fridge from adu, and my dishwasher from abw. my covid-era huge freezer i got from aj madison. i always try to go to m&m first. I also appreciate that they partnered with eric of candey hardware in their alexandria shop. in the early 2000s eric carried the full line of miele appliances and vacuums on the second floor of candey, which is how i outfitted my first place when i moved to dc. it was such a glorious old-school 100+ year old hardware store, and i miss it.
