But it ALL DEPENDS on where work is. If work is in the West Valley/Santa Monica, then Calabasas and Agoura would be okay (it’s a commute but people do it). If your work is Downtown, Hollywood, Pasadena, then Burbank, Glendale would be ok, as well as the communities in your post. Good luck.
