lol, the DoE only cares about one subset of students. They could care less about students without IEPs, if anything they are requiring FCPS to give them an even bigger piece of the pie. [/quote]

I don't understand this.  The federal DOE? The state? Who's the subset they care about and what do you mean about FCPS giving them a bigger piece of pie? [/quote]
