Call 911 or the local precinct, esp if the car has been on the news and you believe it was used in a homicide. Now it will take one of the suspects running his mouth one day to get any break. The car was dumped up by Bowser's home and after cleaning it on and off with bleach they likely walked over the MD and caught the red line or grabbed a bus.
