They are probably pausing so they can redesign the site plan. They don’t need 3 buildings. You need one building with lots of conference rooms, an all hands auditorium, and flexible individual work spaces with varying degrees of privacy. They probably only need 50% of the individual desks/offices they originally planned for with hybrid work. Such a major change necessitates a big change to how you use the site. You can now create more communal spaces for meetings, receptions, etc. I was just in the office for two days this week. Most of my time was spent in communal meetings space.
