They are teens and at that age, parents can generally have more honest conversations with kids. You can tell them how you're feeling, that you're worried, feeling sad, etc. It's good to be open with your kids about these kinds of things. I get that you probably want to protect them, but I'm betting they already sense that you're worried and stressed. Kids know a lot more than we think they do. Take care of yourself - I'm sorry you're going through this. [/quote] This.
