Totally get using software helps to get resumes but still see software pulling some worse resumes and tossing better ones.[/quote] Yes and unlike back in the day, you have to re edit every single time to get in those keywords and it takes time and makes the applicant bleary eyed and frustrated so errors slip through. Gone are the days of the super polished, one or two and done formatted fixed resumes with the cover letter tailored to the key words and skills required.[/quote]
