There were cancellations due to weather events, too many people out sick, delivery person had vehicle issues. Also if the aide cannot make it or you have a sub and they drop off meals without giving it to a live person the meals can be sitting out for a long time. Not a as big a deal in winter if it's frozen, but it can be an issue in summer. Do you have a backup plan?[/quote]
