It is my job to make sure that my kids are in safe environments, and if someone is going to be present who has a history of destabilizing my ex, then I'm not going to allow them to be there. That doesn't mean that his behavior is my responsibility, but protecting my kids from his behavior is my responsibility. Now, one question here would be whether there are any court orders regarding custody and visitation in this case. It isn't clear to me from the OP. [/quote]
